Bajaj Auto has launched the Discover 100T, arguably the mosttechnically advanced 100cc bike in the Indian market. It is powered by a 100ccengine with a 5-speed transmission that produces 10.2PS @ 9,000rpm and torqueof 9.2Nm @ 6,500rpm. Discover 100T is also the first 100c bike in the world tofeature the 4-valve DTS-I technology patented by Bajaj Auto. Bajaj claims the100T will return an impressive 87kmpl. Features like electric start, auto chokeand DC headlamps are standard. The bike looks similar to the Discover 125ST butinstead of a rear mono-shock suspension, the 100T is equipped with gas-filledNitrox shocks and will be available in four colours, flame red, brilliant blue,black red and black blue. Bajaj has priced the premium 100cc motorcycle at Rs50,500 (ex-showroom Delhi).
