Making a difference to the economy by solving unemployment in Goa, here’s a company that trains the resources and places them in various jobs, 50 plus in a month, and is recognised as the pioneer company for recruitment by the Goa government
The two women co-founders at Creative HR Solutions speak for each other as they introduce their joint venture, “We are the leading placement agency in Goa and your one-stop solution for all the Recruitment and HR requirements. We mainly are into recruitment services (major) and followed by training, handling PF-Esic, and labour.”
The mother and daughter go well with each other as all mothers and daughters do. Mother Sangeeta Dalvi and daughter Seeya Dalvi work from multiple places at Margao and Panaji in Goa and the duo have recently started their latest office in Pune.
About the birth of this company, Seeya Dalvi smiles, “It took six-seven months to go from ‘I'm leaving an old job’ to business launch... Remember this was during Covid-19. A lot has changed. As for the quick story version, I co-founded ‘Creative HR Solutions’ along with my mother who has also been in the profession of HR for almost 20 years. Our main aim was to generate employment for the youth of Goa and across India. Considering the rate of unemployment and how easily we can reach up to the masses to encourage their participation with private jobs through our consultancy.”
Then some study and learning the nuances went into the process. Seeya recalls, “Before I started Creative HR Solutions, I had to make sure I became a professional in my passion and therefore uniquely competent. I also have noticed an unmet market demand I can apply my competence for hence the idea to mark the presence in the world of HR was decided and the company emerged.”
The name says it all. “It means creatively finding the solutions to your any HR needs. Of course, for every entrepreneur his/her own company has to be super special to bring it up as own baby while nurturing the needs of finance, marketing, connects and networking, stakeholders and most importantly, the urge to make a difference and mark its presence in the society,” feels Seeya.
She claims, “We make sure to cater to the requirements of the companies by providing the best talent exactly matching the job role. Ask our USP – it is – we do not charge any placement fees from the candidates to place them in the companies.”
Creative HR Solutions is already making a difference to the economy as unemployment is one of the major concerns in Goa, helping the society in training the resources and placing them in jobs. The company is recognised as the pioneer company for recruitment by Goa government and has tie-ups with more than 300 plus companies and placing 50 plus candidates per month.
Our goal is to offer integrated, best-quality services enabling us to become the first choice in ‘Human Resource Management’ and to be a reliable partner in our sphere of work through valued, compelling relationships with our customers. We want to build a strong foundation of HR and represent as a bridge of gap between the candidates looking for jobs and the companies looking to hire right talent for their companies."
Seeya has built her team so that it reaches out to the maximum number of people through various mediums. Her team works towards bringing awareness about the opportunities and talent pool that is available of their choice in the market. A great founder and a great idea can bind everything together. Funding follows when all the above are there. She focuses on forming a great core team so that half her battle is won. Currently 15, the team is proliferating.
Recalling the initial hiccups, Seeya quips, “We started during Covid-19. Initially, everything was remote. Lay-offs were a major concern. During this phase, we were new in the business in the competitive world. With the help of the right investors, mentors and well-wishers we overcame this phase and built a stronger base. And that’s us, Now reaching every household in Goa and creating awareness about the job opportunities amongst all so as to they think staffing, they think about us, automatically!"
