
PANAJI: Aastha Anand Niketan School for the Differently Abled successfully organised the 12th All Goa Patriotic Singing Competition for Special Schools on January 24, 2026. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 10 special schools across Goa, highlighting the musical talent and patriotic spirit of specially abled students. The competition was graced by Anil Samant, former principal of Saraswat Higher Secondary School, Mapusa, and Udayaditya Pradhan, manager of Copperleaf, who attended as the chief guests.
In the results, SFAL School, Panjim secured the first place, followed by Chetna School, Margao in second place and Disha School, Panjim in third. Anand Niketan won the first consolation prize, while Sanjay Centre, Porvorim and Lokvishwas Special School, Dhavali (Ponda) bagged the second and third consolation prizes respectively. The event was sponsored by Copperleaf, Ved Pharmacy and Sudhir Revonkar, along with other well-wishers.
