Lions International will launch its mega E-waste management campaign ‘Dump or Donate’, billed as a pan-India and world’s biggest e-waste collection drive on January 13.
The Lions International District 317 B Comprising Goa and Karnataka with 106 clubs and 3,700 members is all gearing up for the Dump and Donate e-Waste Collection Drive from 13th January to 13th February.
The campaign will be launched at the hands of State Environment Minister Nilesh Cabral in the presence of District Governor Lion Suggala Yelamali, First Vice District Governor Lion Erle Britto, Lions International District Advisor Lion Saish Lawande, and VVMs Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economic Principal Dr Prita Mallaya Principal.
“This e-waste campaign will also address Gen Z and Millennials’ concerns about climate and
communities. Lions Clubs across India will put together a nationwide campaign and tell all of humanity that it’s time for every individual to take responsibility,” Britto said.
