PANAJI: The Goa State Bodybuilding and Powerlifting Association (GSBPA) conducted a selection trial, at Tilak Maidan, Vasco on Sunday. The trial was held to select participants for the upcoming West India Sub-Junior, Junior, and Senior Classic Powerlifting Competition for both men and women. The competition will be held in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, from August 2 to 4.
A total of 20 participants have been selected to represent Goa, including 15 male competitors and 5 female competitors. Prasad Naik, the Secretary of GSBPA, will lead the team as the Team Manager, with Mukesh Girap serving as the Coach.
