PANAJI: A Solemn Mass in Konkani will be celebrated on Friday 21st April, 2023 at 4.30 pm at the Sanctuary of St Joseph Vaz, Sancoale, to commemorate the 372nd Birth Anniversary of the holy son of Goa, St Joseph Vaz, known as the Apostle of Kanara and Sri Lanka and the Patron of the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman.
Being a Friday, Masses will be celebrated as usual at 7 am and 9 am. Devotees of St Joseph Vaz are cordially invited to participate especially in the evening Eucharistic celebration.
On this occasion, on the same day, there will be a Konkani drama, a free show titled, “Kazar vo Bazar’’ written and directed by Prince Jacob at the Sanctuary premises at 7.30 pm.
