MAPUSA: The Ordinary Gram Sabha of the Moira panchayat will be convened in the Panchayat Hall on October 26 at 10 am.
The agenda of the Gram Sabha is to read and confirm the proceedings of the last Ordinary Gram Sabha, to discuss on matters pertaining to government correspondence, to discuss and approve the applications received from the beneficiaries on various schemes, and to read, discuss and decide over proposals received from members of the Gram Sabha on development works.
The proposals/suggestions, if any, to be placed before the Gram Sabha, should be sent to
the Moira panchayat office on or before 12 pm on October 23, states a note issued by Moira Sarpanch Sagar Rama Naik.
