PANAJI
A solemn function to acknowledge the contribution of the Pinto's Revolt will be held at Martyrs Memorial Salvador de Souza Garden, Panaji, on December 13 at 11 am.
On arrival at the venue, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant will be received by the Chief Secretary and Director General of Police. The Chief Minister will place a wreath on the Memorial of Pinto's Revolt and the Ministers/Secretaries will place loose rose petals on the Memorial.
The police guard of honour will pay compliments to the Memorial and the police band will play the last post and the national anthem.
