Rosary College of Commerce and Arts, Navelim celebrated inaugural-cum-felicitation function on July 20. The Chief Guest for the function was Rev Dr Agnelo Pinheiro, Professor of Philosophy at Rachol Seminary, who in his address urged the students to be ambassadors of God through acts of justice, cooperation and integrity, making the vision of the college their own. The newly inducted student council of the college also took their oaths to serve the college with dedication and honesty. The principal, Professor Helic M Barreto welcomed the First-Year students to Rosary College, congratulating them for choosing a college which prides itself for its excellence. The Principal also mentioned the different certificate courses offered by Rosary College to the students and urged them to work hard and realise their goals. The students put up varied performances including a Konkani duet, Konkani skit, fusion dance as well as an instrumental piece.
