Chain snatching has come to haunt the elderly and senior citizens in the commercial capital. An accused person snatched the chain of an elderly lady in broad daylight on Saturday noon in the heart of the city, just metres away from the Margao residency. The accused was seen making good his escape after committing the offence. Margao police have confirmed the incident, adding that the police is on the job to detect the case. Further investigations are underway.
