Talk on Intellectual Property Rights held at DMC

The Pernem Free Legal Aid Cell of VM Salgaocar College of Law, in collaboration with Dnyanprassarak Mandal's College and Research centre (DMC) Assagao, organized a talk on "Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)." The session featured Varsha Redkar and Pranay Prabhugaonkar as the guest speakers. Technical Session was delivered by Varsha Redkar who elaborate on the basics of Intellectual Property Rights and it's significance in safe gauading innovation. Key attendees included Dr DB Arolkar Principal of DMC, Dr M Shanti vice principal, HOD Prof Jeevan Khedekar and Faculty cell incharge Dhruva Naik. After the expert talks, the seminar included an interactive session, where students posed queries to the speakers, making discussion thought-provoking. A quiz competition was also conducted through a Google Form QR code, and the top three winners were selected based on the highest marks and fastest responses. The programme concluded with a with the prize distribution ceremony where the top three winners were awarded and vote of thanks delivered by Asst Prof Dhruva Naik.
