The issue over the draft-Coastal Zone Management Plan 2019 figured at the gram sabha of the Assolna village Panchayat on Sunday.
At the meeting, members demanded that the Panchayat write to the authorities to extend the time to conduct the hearing process. Some of the members further demanded that adequate time should be given to the members to study the plan and submit the objections and suggestions.
