The Electoral Roll Observer will be available for general public to receive their representations if any during his third visit on February 12 at 10.30 am in Conference Hall of North Collectorate .
The Election Commission of India, New Delhi has appointed Sandip Jacques, IAS Secretary (Revenue), as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa State during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026 of Electoral Roll referring to January 1 as the qualifying date.
The general public can also approach the Roll Observer in his office located in Chamber No. 102, 2nd Floor, Secretariat, Porvorim, Bardez Goa 403521 or contact him on landline no. 0832 2419411, 2419620.
