CURRENT STATUS
GFA First Division League
CLUB HISTORY
Established in 1989, the club was founded by the villagers of Telaulim with an aim of promoting and nurturing the football talent in the village. The club, though held in high esteem for their performance on the field, served as a feeder of young talent to the established clubs, churning out sound players. UCT was the first football club from Navelim to participate in the GFA First Division league and is the only team from the village playing in the the league for the last two years.
TROPHIES WON
At the inter-village level, UCT has won Bandodkar Shield football tournament, Velim Panchayat Cup and Telaulim Panchayat Cup.
CLUB STRENGTH
The club conducts inter-village football tournaments and summer coaching camps. Severino Fernandes, an AFC C license holder is the chief coach of the club. He has been instrumental in taking Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim to seventh place in the GFA Pro League. Aluzio Fernandes is the other coach.
TOP PERFORMERS
UCT has produced a number of talented players like Orlando Viegas, Denis Carbal, Domnic Cabral, Sukhdev Arwade, Valeriano Rebello, Anil Fernandes, Christo Pires, Bernardo, Wilton Gomes and Felipe Gomes among others. Winger Orlando Viegas did a fine job for Dempo, Denis Cabral went on to assist MPT and Dempo while Domnic Cabral played for Customs and Central Excise. Sukdev Arwade and Wilton Gomes played for Vasco Sports Club and Dempo SC. Former international Felipe Gomes had started his career at UCT. He played for Dempo before joining Sporting Clube de Goa.Valeriano Rebello also donned the colours of Dempo.

CLUB GOAL
While the club's primary objective is to keep finding and then grooming talented players, the first team has set its eyes on qualification to the GFA Pro League.
