Kumkum Bhagya actress Mrunal Thakur who plays Bulbul in the popular Zee TV show has reportedly been approached for Sultan. “Mrunal has been approached to play one of the two heroines in Sultan. At the moment, things aren’t finalised as yet,” said a source. As per the reports, the telly actress quit Kumkum Bhagya since the plot of the show revolved around the two lead characters and her character was also becoming somewhat stagnant. Sultan isn’t the first film offered to the telly actress. Mrunal was earlier approached for Aamir Khan’s Dangal as well. Though Mrunal might be mum on her Bollywood debut opposite Salman, the timing of her exit from Kumkum Bhagya has only raised curiosity levels.
