HTC in collaboration with Sprint has unveiled the long-rumoured Bolt – its "fastest smartphone ever" thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon X10 LTE modem. Featuring a 5.5-inch QHD (1440x2560 pixels) display, the Bolt is HTC's first water-resistant aluminium unibody device, comes with an IP57 rating for water, splash and dust resistance and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. It also has a split-screen view, free unlimited photo storage and inbuilt Google Duo video calling app. The handset sports a fingerprint scanner, and following the suit of new iPhone models, has ditched the headphone jack.
