Three independent candidates on Monday filed their nomination papers for the Nuvem, Curtorim and Velim Zilla panchayat seats.
While John Fernandes has filed his papers for the Nuvem seat, Edison Cardozo filed a nomination for the Curtorim seat. Cruz Pinto has filed a nomination for the Velim seat.
