Viresh leads, Goa stands

Section 39A of the Goa Town and Country Planning (TCP) Act has not been officially repealed, but the state government has begun suspending land-use conversions under it due to widespread public opposition. This law threatens the future of Goa, which has already suffered greatly. It must be scrapped in the legislative assembly, and all MLAs are expected to demand its removal.

Viresh Mukesh Borkar, MLA of St. Andre, is a true hero, committed to protecting Goan land, language, and culture. During Lent and Ramadan, he has fasted and risked his life for Goa, showing the true spirit of Goemkarponn. May God guide and protect him.

If the government continues to ignore the Niz Goenkars, the people of Goa will respond strongly, just as the Nepali people once protested against corrupt ministers. Thanks to everyone who has supported Viresh and shown the government how deeply we care about the future of our land and generations to come.
