Leaders of opposition parties on Tuesday have reportedly dashed off a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding an independent inquiry under a retired High Court judge in the jobs-for- cash scam in Goa. Well, nothing is going to happen even after sending that letter signed by it's six MLAs as PM Modi will just ignore it and dump it in the waste paper busket. When Modi has still not bothered to visit Manipur till date, how can leaders of opposition parties expect him to intervene and instruct CM Pramod Sawant to order for an independent inquiry under a retired High Court judge in the jobs-for-cash scam in Goa? Well, I personally feel that the leaders of opposition parties should unitedly come together and sit on a fast unto death at Azad Maidan, Panaji if they really want to force the state government to somehow order for an independent inquiry under a retired High Court judge in the jobs-for-cash scam in Goa. Now, can they dare take on the government for the betterment of Goans in Goa? This is my open challenge.
