Congress leaders question ‘loyalty’ while giving tickets

Worried over the fall out of giving tickets to new entrants for the ensuing polls, a section of senior Congress leaders have insisted the party leadership make a mention the ticket aspirant’s association with the organisation. One, Congress workers wondered how come a leader from Calangute could hand out a promise to resolve issues in Saxttidom, and whether the promise was intended to assuage the minorities in down South. Will Michael’s appeal cut ice with the people in the minority area, where anti-BJP parties are jostling to occupy space in the taluka?
