The Goa Basketball Association (GBA) will organise a Referees Clinic on January 17 and 18, 2026 (morning sessions) at the Goa International Centre, Dona Paula on the 17th and Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim on the 18th, aimed at developing and upgrading the standard of basketball officiating in the state. The clinic is open to all interested participants aged 16 years and above.
The two-day clinic will be conducted by Norman Isaac, an International Referee and Technical Chairman of the Basketball Federation of India (BFI), one of the most respected authorities in Indian basketball officiating.
The clinic will cover the latest FIBA rules, interpretations, on-court mechanics and officiating techniques, providing valuable learning for aspiring referees, players, coaches and basketball enthusiasts.
