ISL: Goans Tejas, Anthony among referees selected

With the Indian Super League (ISL) less than four days away from unfolding its eighth edition, The All India Football Federation Referees Committee has named the match officials who will be incharge of Hero Indian Super League - twelve referees and 14 assistant referees have been selected.

The referees are Harish Kundu (Delhi), Aditiya Purkaystha (Delhi), Tejas Nagvenkar (Goa), Pranjal Banerjee (IFA), Pratik Mondal (IFA), A Rowan (Kerala), Ashwini (Pondicherry), Rahul Gupta (SSCB), CR Srikishna (Tamil Nadu), R Venkatesh (Tamil Nadu), S Senthil Nathan (Tamil Nadu) and Crystal John (WIFA).

Assistant referees Sumanta Dutta (Assam), Kishan Chand Joshi (Delhi), Asit Kumar Sarkar, Samar Pal, Ujwal Haldar (all from IFA)’, Nasar VPA, Sunil NC (both from Kerala), J Tony (Karnataka), Sapam Kennedy (Manipur), Arun Pillai (SSCB), Anthony Abraham (SSCB), P Vaira Muthu, B Nagoorkam (both Tamil Nadu) and Abhishek Dey (WIFA).

Referees Assessors Anthony John D’Costa (Goa), K Sankar (Tamil Nadu), Shaji C Kurian (Kerala) and S Suresh (AIFF). 

Tejas Nagvenkar (AIFF Award for the Best Referee 2020-21) and Sumanta Dutta (AIFF Award for the Best Assistant Referee 2020-21).
