Dicarpale Sports Club has announced the 14th edition of the Our Lady of Fatima Soccer Cup, set to kick off on September 9, with the final scheduled on October 19, coinciding with the feast day celebrations of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Dicarpale. The tournament is expected to attract strong teams from across the State, continuing the tradition of competitive and festive football in the village. Off-road championship on Aug 10
MARGAO: The 5th Season of the Off-Road Championship organised by Mud Worriers Agalli, Fatorda, is set to take place on August 10, behind the Bullet Showroom in Arlem, starting from 9 am onwards. This adrenaline-filled motorsport event will feature two vehicle categories — diesel and petrol — with off-road enthusiasts battling it out for top honours. Cash prizes of Rs 30,000 (1st), Rs 20,000 (2nd), and Rs 10,000 (3rd) along with trophies will be awarded in each category. The entry fee is Rs 4,000 per participant, applicable to both categories.
