In the first semifinal match RSB Cochin defeated RSB Mumbai 1-0, goal scored by Sourav TP.
In another semifinal match, host Goa went down fighting against Central Secretariat Delhi team. Final score was 4-2 in favour of the Delhi team. Mahip A scored a brace while Ajay S and Nitesh Sharma scored a goal each for Delhi, while for Goa there was a self-goal by the Delhi defence and a goal by Nalister Silviera.
Match referee Tejas Nagvekar, assistant referee Pranav Amonkar and Yeshwant Gaonkar, fourth official Sachin Padloskar and match commissioner Prasad Surlakar were the officials.
