SFX Sports Club Camarxete stormed into the semifinals of the Fondegal Youth Club 9-A-Side Inter-Ward Football Tournament 2025 with a commanding 5–0 victory over Eklate Football Club at the St. Alex Church Ground, Curtorim.
The match began with both teams adopting an aggressive, attacking approach. However, it was Velroy Paes who broke the deadlock in the 5th minute, giving SFX Camarxete an early lead. The team continued to dominate proceedings, creating multiple chances, but the first half ended with the score at 1–0.
SFX Camarxete came out even stronger in the second half. In the 39th minute, James Fernandes found the back of the net to double their lead. Just three minutes later, Casvino Fernandes made it 3–0, further tightening their grip on the game.
Despite some spirited attempts, Eklate FC couldn’t break through Camarxete’s solid defence. In the 50th minute, substitute Anslem Fernandes added a fourth goal with a brilliant finish. The fifth and final blow came shortly after, sealing a comprehensive 5–0 win for SFX Sports Club Camarxete.
Casvino Fernandes was named Man of the Match for his standout performance, which included a goal and an influential role in midfield.
