Both teams adopted a cautious approach in the opening half, sharing possession and creating a few half-chances, but their forwards failed to make them count.
The second half saw Cuncolim Union increase the tempo, with forward Daulat Dessai frequently finding himself in promising positions but unable to convert the opportunities.
