Oxford CC settle for third place

In the Junior Cricket Championship organized by Oxford Cricket Club, Oxford's team emerged victorious in the third-place playoff match held on Saturday at the 1919 Cricket Stadium in Verna. They defeated Ghumteshwar by 6 wickets.

Ghumteshwar were bowled out for 150 runs in 24.4 overs. In reply, Oxford chased down the target comfortably, scoring 153 runs in just 15.4 overs, thanks largely to Vishesh Behl's explosive 82 runs off 40 balls, to secure the third position.

Harsh Nain was named Player of the Match for his all-round performance, claiming 3 wickets for 24 runs and contributing 30 runs with the bat.
