Serendipity Art Festival to be spread across various venues in Panaji

The fifth edition of Serendipity Arts Festival 2022 will be celebrated across various venues in the city of Panaji with Old GMC and Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) complex as the festive hub. This venue will host projects ranging from theatre, music, talks, workshops, exhibitions and film screenings. Few performances, like ‘Weft’ and ‘How long is forever' by artists conveying significant concepts through their moves will be held here.

Art Park located opposite Inox Goa and a hub for kids, adults, and sports enthusiasts will hold a marketplace focussing on homegrown, green products as well as an interactive sound project, workshops and after-hour gigs, jazz and other genres of music.

Excise Building will be the focal point of contemporary visual arts exhibitions with an emphasis on digital and video art. This venue will host multimedia art performances depicting the amalgamation of cultures.

Nagalli Hills ground will have dance performances and music concerts spanning the classical and contemporary genres. Dayanand Bandodkar ground will have musical evenings and dance performances. Azad Maidan will have craft heritage projects on space making and camera workshops. Post Office Museum will have archival exhibition and a camera-obscura project.

Multi-level parking venue will host various hip-hop artists with the backdrop of some interesting wall art. Situated at the entrance of the city it can accommodate 450 vehicles and houses stunning murals. Santa Monica Jetty will witness a musical evening on the cruise.

An unnamed building at Altinho will host various projects in the theatre discipline. Curators from all over India will hold a very special site-specific theatre project at this venue. Panaji will showcase multiple projects and installations all over the city. Various beaches, alleyways, and buildings will transform into art and craft-filled exhibitions. Public art projects will be dotted across venues in Panaji.
