Maratha students given scholarships
BICHOLIM: Students from the Gomantak Maratha community were awarded scholarships by Bicholim taluka Gomantak Maratha community at a function in Bordem-Bicholim.
The scholarships were distributed by North Goa ZP president Ankita Navelkar. Kishore Korgaonkar, Umakant Dhargalkar, Abhay Devidas, Mohan Velgekar, Gurudas Naik, Sagar Virdikar, Udhesh Shirgaonkar, Jayanti Naik, Tilottama Palkar and Maulingem Sarpanch Madhu Naik were also present.
Earlier, Gurudas Naik welcomed the gathering, while Madhu Naik proposed the vote of thanks.
