PANAJI: The Directorate of Art and Culture is organizing various activities/programmes to commemorate the Birth Centenary of late Dinanath Dalal, renowned Goan artist who has contributed in the field of Indian art.
The department will be holding an exhibition of paintings, drawings, graphic prints of Goan fine artists as a tribute to the legendary Goan artist. It will be kept open for public from May 30 to June 3. The exhibition will not be open for sale.
All interested fine artist/visual artists are invited to be a part of this exhibition by displaying their paintings, drawings and graphic prints. Interested artists may submit their artworks to the Directorate of Art and Culture, Patto, Panaji, Goa by May 25 during working days.
Artists can only submit one artwork. The artwork will be selected by the committee, and will be displayed in the exhibition. There will be no entry fee for participation, and no honorarium will be paid to the artists.
