Goa-based digital transformation firm, Kilowott, participated in the Norway India Business Days (NIBD) 2025, a flagship two-day event held recently in Oslo that brought together leaders, innovators, and policymakers to strengthen economic, technological and sustainable ties between Norway and India.

The meet assumes significance in view of the recent implementation of the Trade & Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) between India and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), which includes Norway.

The NIBD was organised by the Norway India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI), in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy (New Delhi), the Royal Norwegian Consulate General (Mumbai), the Embassy of India (Oslo) and Innovation Norway, a platform which aids Norwegian companies to grow sustainably and increase exports by providing access to competence, capital and networks.

NIBD 2025 marked an important milestone in the bilateral relationship, setting the stage for a more profound engagement in areas such as digital innovation, renewable energy, green transitions, manufacturing, law and finance.

The event featured high-level networking opportunities and breakout sessions that focused on pressing themes, including talent mobility, green solutions, digital technology partnerships, and investment strategies in India.

Speaking on Kilowott’s participation in the event, Judah Fernandez, partner and co-founder of Kilowott, said, “Being part of NIBD 2025 has reinforced Kilowott’s commitment to strengthening cross-border partnerships, particularly in the areas of digital transformation, sustainability and innovation.”

“With TEPA unlocking a new chapter of collaboration between Norway and India, we see immense potential to co-create solutions that deliver shared value for both economies.”

India and the EFTA bloc of countries, namely Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, had signed the TEPA in March last year.

Headquartered in Porvorim, Kilowott has a trade footprint across Asia, North America and Europe, servicing several Fortune 500 clients in areas such as product innovation and design, emerging technologies and superior digital marketing.

The company’s engagement at NIBD 2025 reflects its long-standing association with the Norwegian business ecosystem and underlines the company’s focus on shaping future-ready collaborations that merge design, digital strategy, and emerging technologies to drive sustainable growth.
