MARGAO: The third meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) for the financial year 2025–26 was held in South Goa district. The meeting was co-chaired by Rajya Sabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade.
Heads and representatives of various line departments, along with public representatives from different local bodies, attended the meeting.
The committee reviewed the progress of key Central government schemes, discussed challenges in their implementation, and issued directions to concerned departments to improve coordination and ensure timely delivery of benefits to eligible beneficiaries.
