International Net Zero Summit 2026 to be held in Panaji from Jan 22 to 24

PANAJI: The International Net Zero Summit (INZS) 2026 will be held from January 22 to 24 at Taj Vivanta, Panaji, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, academics and other stakeholders to strengthen India’s Net Zero roadmap. The global platform aims to promote policy alignment, collaboration and industry-led solutions for India’s transition to a Net Zero economy.

The summit will feature academic research presentations, plenary sessions, thematic discussions, a Net Zero Strategist workshop, and showcases of innovation and best practices, with focus areas including skills development, education, sustainability, technology and workforce mobility.

Senior representatives from central and state governments, PSUs, corporates, academic institutions and international organisations are expected to attend. Shrinivas V. Dempo of Dempo Group said sustainability will shape industry competitiveness, while speakers at pre-event sessions stressed the need for skill development to support India’s Net Zero goals under the Viksit Bharat @2047 vision.
