The Feast Mass of the College Patron Saint St Francis Xavier was celebrated on December 4 by Fr Richard D’Souza SJ, Director of the Vatican Observatory, Rome, who shared an inspiring message on hope, faith, and working together as a community to translate values into meaningful action. He urged students to look beyond examinations, highlighting the role of education in building communication skills, critical thinking, and curiosity to face the larger challenges of life. The Programme that followed included felicitation of the meritorious students of the Self Financed Departments of the 2024 - 25 batch, as well as felicitation of Faculty member Jaqueline Monteiro, on her retirement. The College Students Council hosted the annual “Socials” choosing ‘The Red Carpet’ as the theme for this year’s celebration. Yash Pawar of TY B Com and Aloma Saldanha TY B.Sc. were crowned Mr Xavier 2025 and Ms Xavier 2025, at the hands of the Officiating Principal Ursula Barreto and the Administrator Fr Tony Salema.
