PANAJI : A free health camp was successfully organised by Goa Jesuit Social Action (GJSA) in collaboration with Our Lady of Grace Hospital and Nagargao Panchayat at Shri Shanta Durga Devastan, Dhave-Sattari. The camp, which was held from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm benefiited around 100 local residents. The health services provided included diabetes and blood pressure check-ups, general medical consultations, and free distribution of basic medicines.
The medical team from Our Lady of Grace Hospital comprised Sr Selvi Pangiraj and Sr Fatima Toppo (Staff Nurses), Dr Jose Martin (General Physician), Salma (Pharmacist), and Elvis (Driver). The GJSA appreciated Nagargao Panchayat members Mamu Kharvat and Gaonkar Dhashrat for their valuable support in organising the event. The Goa Jesuit Social Action team, led by Fr Joe Nazareth, included Stephen Azavedo, Brijendra Ahirwar, Apolina Pereira, Komal Palkar, Sonali Talankar, Tejaswi Harvalkar, Nandini Arolkar, and Sanjana Gavtankar.
