MAYEM: On the occasion of Aashadi Ekadashi, Samraat Club Mayem organised a Padh Yatra under the theme “Chala Jaavuya Vaarila”. The walk began from Shree Aadinath Matth, Gaonkarwada, and proceeded to Shree Vithal Rakhumai Temple, Haldanwadi. Members of Samraat Club Mayem were joined by members of Shree Mahamaya Dindhi Pathak and over 100 students from Shree Vijayanand High School, Mayem, making it a large procession under the banner. A dindi was performed in the sabhamandap of the temple, with locals joining in, creating a festive atmosphere. The event aimed to promote ancestral religious traditions. Samraat Club Mayem president Adv. Ajay Prabhugaonkar welcomed and briefed participants before the walk, and refreshments were served by the club. The event was coordinated by club secretary Dnyaneshwar Borkar, past president Krishna Chodankar, Urmila Bhowar and Shraddha Kavlekar.
