Parul University Goa took a major initiative in community healthcare development by inaugurating Parul Physiotherapy Clinic & Rehabilitation Center in Margao. This newly opened centre aims to improve access to quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation care, addressing the growing need for quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation care in the region.
With state-of-the-art therapeutic facilities and expert physiotherapists, the centre will provide holistic rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal, neurological, sports injuries, and post-operative conditions. The clinic is meant to be a patient-friendly healthcare facility where medical experts treat patients with care and compassion to support improved mobility, functional recovery, and overall well-being.
The Parul Physiotherapy Clinic & Rehabilitation Center will prove to be a significant source of healthcare for the people of Margao and its surrounding areas, along with providing an opportunity for exposure and learning for physiotherapy students.
The inauguration ceremony was headed by Provost of Parul University Goa Dr Lalit Lata Jha. She emphasized the vision of Parul University Goa behind the initiative, “This centre reflects the vision of Parul University Goa in integrating education with community service. By opening specialized physiotherapy and rehabilitation in centre Margao, we aim to make healthcare accessible and improve the quality of life of the community.”
