Film City is basically an integrated studio complex spread over a minimum of ten to 25 acres area, making available physical facilities required for film making. The City should virtually make available every facility that a film-maker needs, thus making it an ultimate destination for every discerning producer.

The Film City can be promoted as popular tourist spot, recreation centre featuring many natural & artificial attractions including gardens, landscapes, amusement parks, statues, miniatures, streets, and hotels, restaurants, Art Gallery, Museum, Hospital and shopping destinations.

It may also include the development of peripheral infrastructure such as hotels, food & beverage establishments and retail areas including merchandise stalls to diversify the revenue composition.
