Kornelia Santoro recently released a new book called Cooking for Happiness at Sunaparanta -Goa Centre for the Arts, Panaji. The book which on how to influence mood with food and details her long struggle with overcoming eating disorders, finding a balanced relationship with food and also the impact that neurotransmitters have on our feelings. The book release was followed by a talk by Aakritee Bhandari Sinh, owner of A Reverie, and Odette Mascarenhas, food writer with Kornelia Santoro about their relationship with food.
