The Goa Legislative assembly on Saturday recalled the memory of Vincent Ramos, a resident of Chorao and a hospitality honcho who passed away last year at the peak of his career.
In an obituary reference to Ramos, the House said, he was a 'true ambassador' of Goan hospitality, and rose to Senior Vice President in the hierarchy of the Taj group with sheer hard work, determination and inherent humbleness.
The House also made obituary references to two senior journalists who passed away recently -- Cyril D'Cuna and Sharadchandra Naik -- besides legendary Tiatr musician Abdonio Rodrigues and Kerala RSS leader P P Mukundan.
