Degrading democracy by misusing term 'sub judice'

In the ongoing Goa Assembly Session, the Goa BJP government refuses to answer Opposition questions, particularly with regards to massive land conversion using controversial sections 17/2 and 39/A of TCP Act saying it's 'sub judice'. However the same BJP government has no qualms on still giving approvals to convert lands even though the cases are 'sub judice'.   Why do the respective ministers not suspend all conversion approvals given their 'sub judice' state. Why the double standards by the BJP government. In my view, this BJP Goa government is acting 'autocratically' and degrading democracy by misusing the term 'sub judice'. This is a total disrespect of proper democratic values and is actually seriously degrading democracy.
