Network issues in banks

Banks, especially in rural areas, often face internet issues. The usual excuse is that the internet is slow or the server is down. This causes trouble for account holders, who have to make several trips to complete basic transactions—sometimes taking hours, or even days. If banks are facing repeated outages because of poor service from their network providers, they should take action against them for deficiency in service.

Banks charge high interest on loans and other services, but their customer service is poor. We live in an age of AI, satellites, and advanced technology, yet banks still use outdated methods. One bank officer even told me to go stand outside in the compound just to receive an OTP. This shows how bad the situation is. Banks should install enough routers throughout their premises to fix these issues.
