Diplomatic outreach seems like exercise in futility

The Centre has decided to step up it's diplomatic outreach on the recent Indo-Pak clash post the Pahalgam massacre.  Towards this end the government will form teams picking out erudite, articulate leaders from all political parties who shall visit key capital cities across the world and interact with foreign governments and civil society groups to present India's case. This begs the question, weren’t these opposition leaders declared useless as foreign policy exponents before 2014?  They should send Hindutva BJP warriors like Yogi and Nishikant Dubey abroad instead. Terrorism orchestrated by Pakistan is something that every country in the world is aware of since the past @ four decades. Yet Pakistan recently managed to wangle a $ 2.5 billion dollar loan from US-led IMF. We need to understand that in international geopolitics there are no permanent friends or no permanent enemies, only permanent interests. The military industrial complex in developed countries always fuel wars and terrorism across the globe, that's the only way they will mint trillions and make their governments richer.  The Centre's initiative is an exercise in futility or maybe a devious plan to split the opposition and poach credible leaders to shore up its failed foreign policy moves.
