Cutting through the noise: A path to youthful resilience

Today, young people are focused on spirituality due to the growing uncertainties of life and pressures in their lives. Widespread unemployment, drug menace, and relentless cut-throat competition have made life tougher than ever. And then there are expectations and pressure from parents.

At the same time, many of the factors that previously brought joy and reduced stress—playing different sports, spending precious time with friends, nurturing relationships, and eating healthy cooked food at home—are fading away from our daily lives. While spirituality and religion may offer temporary relief, they are not enough on their own.

Young individuals should focus on fine-tuning their skills in order to be self-sufficient, reclaiming simpler, more meaningful ways of life. Rather than being trapped in a rat race or glued to mobile screens for hours together, they should balance—choosing real-world experiences over virtual distractions and focusing on personal growth over fleeting social validation.
