It was a week when Aam Aadmi Party chief Amitbab Palekar went to the public with a question why Margao MLA Diggu could not stop raw sewage flowing from his constituency into the river Sal. The question assumes significance and it comes against the backdrop of the fact that AAP Benaulim MLA Venzybab Viegas has avoided making any mention of Diggu in the sewage imbroglio. The question further assumes significance given that the Margao MLA too had been maintaining eerie silence on the stink in river Sal.
