ANAJI: FC Goa Fan Club got the better of Odisha Fan Club 2-0 to emerge winners of the Indian Super League Fan Club tournament, organised by the Bengal Heritage Foundation, Slough football stadium.
It was Elloy Pereira who gave a through ball to Varel Lemos to give the Gaurs the lead in the first half.
Post-resumption, the Gaurs continued to dominate their opponents. Varel was yet again instrumental in doubling the lead as he set up an assist for Samward Pereira to score the match-winning goal against Odisha FC Fan Club.
Varel Lemos was adjudged as the man of the match.
