GCA opens new cricket facility at Parse school

The Goa Cricket Association (GCA) inaugurated a new cricket centre at Parse Citizen’s Education Society, Parse High School, as part of its efforts to strengthen grassroots development in the sport.

The facility was inaugurated by GCA secretary Tulshidas Shetye and treasurer Abdul Majid, in the presence of GCA member Viraj Phadke, school principal Belgaunkar, and other staff members.
Speaking on the occasion, Shetye said the centre marks a significant step towards expanding opportunities for young cricketers and will help identify and nurture talent at the grassroots level.
Majid added that the GCA remains committed to developing quality infrastructure and providing structured training facilities to ensure aspiring players get the right platform to grow in the sport.
