The stage is set for the much-awaited Sarsangan Cricket Mega Auctions, featuring a record 310 players and 18 Team Owners, to be held September 14, at Panaji. The grand event is being organized by the Saraswat Sports Sangh Charitable Trust as part of the Sarsangan Cricket Series 2025–2026, which promises an exciting lineup of tournaments across multiple categories like +45 Veterans Series to be played from November 2 to December 20, +40 Cricket Series from December 21, 2025 to February 1, 2026, U-19 Junior Boys & Girls Series from December 26 to 31 and Super Series from February 8 to May 17, 2026.
The Super Series will witness 8 competitive teams such as Desserts n More Avengers (Mapusa) of Dr. Sagar Salgaocar, Priority Titans (Panaji) of Swapneel Prabhu Nachinolcar & Dinesh Pai, FPA MaxVolt XI (Panaji) of Anurag Walawalkar, Saraswat Tigers (Panaji) of Sohan Juwarker & Abhijeet Kamat, CD Fountainheads (Margao) of Chirag Naik & Vishvesh Kare, MLT Cricket Club (Bicholim) of Rahul Dhond, SynQ Rangers (Panaji) of Sahil Adwalpalkar & Sanket Singbal and Progressive Ponda (Ponda) of Vishwanath Dalvi.
The +45 Veterans Series will showcase 4 teams, Mapusa Dream Crushers of Rajesh Colvalcar, Pai & Khot Fighters of Shiraj Pai Khot & Vallabh Pai, Salcete Stallions of Jaiprakash Sinai Kunde & Sandesh Kamat Bambolkar and Govindraj Legends of Sudin Kamat. The +40 Cricket Series will feature 4 teams, Mapusa Dream Crushers of Rajesh Colvalcar, S2 Strikers of Shiraj Pai Khot & Sandeep Thali, Brahmaputra Bulls of Laxmikant Kurade & Siddesh Prabhu Alvenkar and Govindraj Legends of Sudin Kamat. The u19 Junior Cricket Test Series will be contested between Shivtej Warriors of Siddesh Dubhashi and SaGa Smashers of Adv. Satish Pilgaonkar & Adv. Gaurish Agni.
Adding glamour to the occasion, the official unveiling of team jerseys will be done by Dr. Sagar Salgaocar of Desserts n More – Fresh Cakes and Bakes, the official apparels partner of the Sarsangan Cricket Series. The Auction Ceremony will start at 9 am with +45 Veterans Series Auctions, followed at 11 am by +40 Cricket Series Auctions and rounded up by Super Series Auctions starting at 2 pm.
All the matches will be played at Arlem Cricket Ground.
