MARGAO
The much-awaited Sarsangan Premier Badminton League (SPBL) 3.0, organised under the aegis of the Saraswat Sports Sangh Charitable Trust in memory of Late Pundalika Shenoy, is all set to take place on August 9 and 10 at the Fatorda Indoor Multipurpose Hall.
The grand Opening Ceremony will be held on August 9 at 9:00 AM, inaugurated by Praveen Shenoy, Secretary of the Goa Badminton Association, in the presence of Yogiraj Digambar Kamat (Chairman, Organising Committee SPBL) and Satish Pilgaonkar (Chairman, SSSCT).
The tournament promises two days of electrifying badminton action in a league format across the 6 Franchise teams Viva Goans owned by Kedar Dhume, Badminators owned by Nikhil Prabhu Moye, The Acers Owned by Dr Sarvesh Kamat and Manoj Dukle, Sparkling Stars owned by Yogiraj Kamat , Priority Titans owned by Swapneel Nachinolkar and Dinesh Pai and AK smashers owned by Kapil Kamat and Aditya Prabhugaonkar respectively.
The event will culminate with the Prize Distribution Ceremony on August 10 at 6:00 PM, presided over by Tanmay Kholkar, Founder of Manas Developers, along with dignitaries Praveen Shenoy, Yogiraj Kamat, team owners, and the trustees of Saraswat Sports Sangh Charitable Trust.
