MARGAO: Universal Goa Skating Club delivered an outstanding performance at the GSF International Skating Selection Trials, held at the SGPDA Margao Ground from January 31 to February 1. The prestigious event, which saw participation from skaters across most Indian states, was organized as part of the Goa Festival.
Competing against top talent from across the country, Universal Goa emerged as one of the most successful teams in the tournament, securing a remarkable 26 medals in total. This included 15 gold, 8 silver, and 3 bronze, with a contingent of just 18 participants.
The team’s exceptional performance earned them the Runners-Up Trophy, a testament to their dominance and consistency throughout the two-day championship.
